Shipping & Returns

Customer Satisfaction & Our Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want to hear from you if there is any item you are not completely happy with. You may return most items as long as they are unopened items within 30 
days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Customized products are not able to be returned since they are custom labeled specifically for a customer. However, if you are unhappy with any purchase from By Dezign Products for any reason, please feel free to let us know and we will do whatever we can to fix the problem for you. For products that are not custom made or custom labeled that are being returned for other reasons than being incorrect or defective there may be a re-stocking fee & return shipping charges. We require you to contact us & we will let you know what we can do. Please do not send products back without getting a return shipping authorization number from us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving your package back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Any address in the continental United States & Alaska & Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

*Although our shipping estimator is usually right- occasionally something goes way out of whack. In the event you feel that the shipping is too high, please call or e-mail us & we will make it right. We also do our best for non-for-profit organizations & fundraisers to give them the lowest rate possible. The  larger the quantity the better it is to speak to us directly to get the best prices for the products & the lowest shipping rate.
